Falls community group honors longtime advocate

Family and Children’s Services of Niagara honors contributions of community advocate Charles Giles.

Giles passed away in March, but after Wednesday’s ceremony, those who walk throughFamily and Children’s Services of Niagara will pass by a reminder of his contributions – a plaque and meeting room that now bears his name.
